Kantakari : Although it is seen as weed but it is a very important medicinal plant of Ayurveda. It is one of the root (comes under Laghu panchamula) of famous Dashmula (group of ten roots). Acharya Charaka and Sushruta used whole plant and its fruits for internal use to treat bronchial asthma, digestive disorder, piles, inflammation of the middle ear, difficult urination and for rejuvenation.

Arjuna: In traditional Ayurvedic medicine, Terminalia arjuna has been used to balance the three “humors”: kapha, pitta, and vata. It has also been used for asthma, bile duct disorders, scorpion stings, and poisonings. The bark of Terminalia arjuna has been used in India for more than 3000 years, primarily as a heart remedy.

Punarnava: The whole plant has medical benefits especially roots. In Ayurveda, Punarnava herb is most widely used in treatment of different types of respiratory tract infections. Punarnava Himalaya Herb is used to treat general fever and it is also used as anti-inflammatory and diuretic agent.

Tulsi: Asthma, bronchitis, colds, congestion, coughs, flu, sinusitis, sore throat and similar ailments. The health benefits of holy basil, also known as tulsi, include oral care, relief from respiratory disorders, fever, asthma, lung disorders.

Kadipatta: Relieves morning sickness and nausea, Eliminates bacteria and removes toxins from lungs, Good for eyesight, Reduce stress and Heals wounds in respiratory tract infection.

Corn starch: As a good source of antioxidant carotenoids, such as lutein and zeaxanthin, yellow corn may promote eye health. It's also a rich source of many vitamins and minerals.
